This Privacy Policy is maintained by WPF Holdings, LLC, doing business as Stayker ("Stayker," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Stayker is a hotel booking infrastructure platform that provides hotel search, booking, and reservation management services through our website (stayker.com), booking portals, partner platforms, APIs, and AI-powered integrations including the 1Stay MCP server (collectively, the "Platform").

By using this Site, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the terms of this Privacy Policy and agree that Stayker may collect, use, and transfer your Personal Data in accordance herewith. If you do not agree with these terms, you may choose not to use our Site, and please do not provide any Personal Data through this Site.

We are committed to keeping any and all personal information collected of those individuals that visit our website(s) and make use of our online facilities and services accurate, confidential, secure, and private.

STAYKER does not sell, rent, or lease any of our customer lists or data to any third party.

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number provided below:

  • See what data we have about you, if any.
  • Change/correct any data we have about you.
  • Have us delete any data we have about you.
  • Express any concern you have about our use of your data.

02 — DATA COLLECTIONInformation We Collect

Information You Provide

When you make a reservation or interact with the Platform, we may collect:

  • Contact information: name, email address, mobile phone number, mailing address
  • Booking details: travel dates, destination, number of guests, hotel preferences, special requests
  • Loyalty program information: hotel loyalty program membership numbers you provide to earn points on bookings
  • Account credentials: if you create a Stayker account, your login information
  • Payment information: billing and/or credit card information provided during purchase, processed through PCI-compliant third-party payment processors
  • Communications: messages you send to us via email, SMS, or through AI-assisted booking conversations

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website or use the Platform, we may automatically collect:

  • IP address, browser type, operating system, and device information
  • Pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs
  • Cookies, third-party tracking technologies, and server logs

We may deploy Google Analytics on some websites. Details regarding how Google Analytics collects and processes data can be found at www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/.

Information from AI-Powered Booking Integrations

When you use 1Stay or other AI-powered integrations to search for or book hotels through third-party AI platforms (such as Claude by Anthropic, ChatGPT by OpenAI, or Gemini by Google), we receive the structured booking data you provide during the conversation — including your name, email, phone number, travel dates, and hotel preferences. We do not receive or store the full text of your AI conversation. We receive only the specific data fields submitted through the booking tool.

03 — DATA USEHow We Use Your Information

We may collect and make use of personal information to assist in the operation of our website(s) and to ensure delivery of the services you need and request, including to:

  • Process and confirm hotel reservations on your behalf
  • Send you booking-related communications including payment links, confirmations, modifications, cancellations, and check-in reminders via email and SMS
  • Provide stay-related service information during an active reservation, such as local recommendations, hotel amenities, and concierge assistance
  • Submit your loyalty program membership number to the hotel so you earn points on your stay
  • Respond to your questions and support requests
  • Keep you informed of other possible products and/or services that may be available to you, if you opt in
  • Contact you regarding surveys and/or research questionnaires related to your opinion of current or potential future services
  • Conduct statistical analysis and improve the Platform
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

Stayker may find it beneficial to share specific data with our trusted partners in an effort to conduct statistical analysis, provide you with email and/or postal mail, deliver support, and/or arrange for delivery of our services. Those third parties shall be strictly prohibited from making use of your personal information, other than to deliver those services which you requested, and are required to maintain the strictest of confidentiality with regards to all your information.

Stayker may disclose your personal information, without prior notice to you, only if required to do so in accordance with applicable laws and/or in a good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

  • Remain in conformance with any decrees, laws, and/or statutes or to comply with any process which may be served upon Stayker;
  • Maintain, safeguard, and/or preserve all the rights and/or property of Stayker; and
  • Perform under demanding conditions to safeguard the personal safety of users and/or the general public.

04 — SMSText Messaging (SMS) Communications

When you provide your mobile phone number during the hotel booking process on the Platform — including through our website, booking portals, partner sites, or AI-powered booking integrations such as 1Stay — Stayker may send text (SMS) messages to that phone number. These messages are limited to communications directly related to your hotel reservation and may include:

  • Booking payment links: A secure link to complete payment for a reservation you initiated
  • Booking confirmations: Your hotel confirmation number, property name, dates of stay, and hotel contact information after payment is completed
  • Booking modifications: Updates or changes to an existing reservation you requested, including revised dates, room types, or rate information
  • Cancellation confirmations: Confirmation that a reservation has been cancelled at your request, including any applicable cancellation policy details
  • Check-in reminders: A reminder prior to your arrival date with your confirmation number and hotel check-in information
  • Stay-related service information: During an active reservation, information related to your stay such as local recommendations, hotel amenities, concierge assistance, and on-property services

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your booking activity but is typically limited to 2–5 messages per reservation.

Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Stayker does not charge for text messages.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You may also text STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. You will receive a single confirmation and no further texts will be sent. Opting out does not cancel your reservation — all confirmations are also sent to your email.

Consent

By providing your mobile phone number during the booking process and completing a reservation, you consent to receive the text messages described above from Stayker. Your consent is limited to messages related to your reservation and the types of communications described in this section. You are not required to consent to text messages as a condition of making a reservation; however, certain booking workflows may use SMS as the primary delivery method for secure payment links.

No Marketing Messages

Stayker does not send marketing, promotional, or advertising text messages from this number. If Stayker offers promotional text messaging in the future, it will require a separate, explicit opt-in and will not be sent to your phone number based on the consent described in this section.

05 — SHARINGHow We Share Your Information

Hotel & Lodging Providers

When you make a reservation, we share your name, contact information, travel dates, and any special requests with the hotel or lodging provider to fulfill your booking. If you provide a loyalty program membership number, we include that with your reservation so you receive credit for your stay.

Global Distribution System (GDS)

Stayker processes hotel reservations through the Travelport Global Distribution System. Your booking data is transmitted to Travelport to search inventory, confirm rates, and process reservations. Stayker is the agency of record for all bookings made through the Platform.

Service Providers

We use third-party service providers to operate the Platform, including:

  • Twilio, Inc. — for delivery of text (SMS) messages. Your phone number is shared with Twilio solely for message delivery. Twilio's Privacy Policy
  • Google Cloud Platform — for hosting and data processing infrastructure
  • Payment processors — for secure processing of booking payments

We Do Not Sell Your Data

Stayker does not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties. We do not share your phone number, email address, or booking data with any third party for their marketing purposes.

You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting service@stayker.com. Certain records may be retained as required by law.

07 — SECURITYData Security

Stayker shall endeavor and shall take every precaution to maintain adequate physical, procedural, and technical security with respect to our offices and information storage facilities so as to prevent any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification of your personal information.

We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit, encryption at rest for stored data, and role-based access controls. Payment card information is processed through PCI-compliant payment processors and is never stored on Stayker's servers. Phone numbers in our event and analytics logs are masked to the last four digits.

08 — CHILDRENChildren Under Age of 13

Stayker does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen (13) without verifiable parental consent. If it is determined that such information has been inadvertently collected on anyone under the age of thirteen (13), we shall immediately take the necessary steps to ensure that such information is deleted from our system's database. Anyone under the age of thirteen (13) must seek and obtain parent or guardian permission to use this website(s).

09 — OPT-OUTUnsubscribe or Opt-Out

All users and/or visitors to our website(s) have the option to discontinue receiving communication from us:

  • Email: Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or send an email to service@stayker.com
  • SMS: Reply STOP to any text message from Stayker

If you wish to unsubscribe or opt-out from any third-party website(s), you must go to that specific website(s) to unsubscribe and/or opt-out.

Our website(s) sometimes contain links to affiliate and other website(s). STAYKER does not claim nor accept responsibility for any privacy policies, practices, and/or procedures of other such website(s). We encourage all users and visitors to be aware when they leave our website(s) and to read the privacy statements of each and every website(s) that collects personally identifiable information.

11 — YOUR RIGHTSYour Privacy Rights

All Users

You may, at any time, contact us to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal data.

EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

European data privacy laws grant individuals subject to those laws ("European Residents") certain rights with respect to the access, rectification, erasure, portability, and restriction or objection to processing of their own personal information. Requests (including opt-out requests and requests for applicable model clauses), questions, or complaints may be directed to service@stayker.com.

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

California residents may exercise their rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. Stayker does not sell personal information.

12 — COOKIESCookies & Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience, analyze site traffic, and understand usage patterns. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain features of the website but will not affect your ability to complete a hotel reservation.

13 — CHANGESChanges to This Policy

Stayker reserves the right to update and/or change the terms of our privacy policy. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and post changes to stayker.com/legal/privacy. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
